Marketing Manager - Northern & Central Europe

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and lead our marketing strategy across Northern and Central Europe. The role involves:

1. Developing and executing a regional marketing plan, identifying key customers and verticals, and rolling out targeted messages, products, and offers.
2. Managing the Customer Experience Center in Köln.
3. Planning and coordinating regional events with the Event Marketing Officer, sales, and partners, including major trade shows and conferences.
4. Implementing account-based marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
5. Overseeing the DACH marketing team to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing with significant experience in marketing and communication, demonstrating a successful track record.

Experience

• Strong interest and experience in new technologies, with a desire to grow within an international, human-scale group that is a market leader and in full growth.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords is preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Organized, tenacious, efficient, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner and responsible, willing to handle demanding tasks in an ambitious environment.
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
