Senior Network Engineer (all genders)

We’re growing our team! Our Network Engineers help design and connect the cloud-native trading platform for our applications. We need passionate individuals to contribute to this mission. You will play a key role in expanding and maintaining our cutting-edge cloud-native trading platform.

What awaits you

• Work across various projects and services, interacting with stakeholders to build platforms, tooling, and processes throughout the software development lifecycle in a supportive environment.
• Contribute to the expansion and establishment of our platform.
• Operate as an autonomous self-starter within a small Platform Engineering team, with a high capacity to learn, evaluate, and implement new technologies.
• Be part of an agile team that practices containerization in Kubernetes to run live applications, focusing on reusable, scalable, and automated solutions.
• Follow our Infrastructure-as-Code approach: defining infrastructure and software in code.
• Design, build, and connect a secure cloud platform infrastructure.

What we expect from you

• Background: Degree in (business) information technology or comparable education or training.
• Experience with Hashicorp Suite: Strong proficiency in Terraform or the ability to learn it, as it is foundational to our infrastructure.
• Networks: Good understanding of TCP/IP, Multicast, VPN, and Routing.
• Cloud-Native: Knowledge of AWS (VPC, ALB/NLB, WAF, Network Firewall, Private Link, Direct Connect) is advantageous. Knowledge of Cilium is a plus.
• Containerization: Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (preferably Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm) is beneficial.
• Identity and Access Management: Knowledge of Linux, Active Directory, OAuth, SAML, and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Splunk is desirable.
• Language: Very good English skills, at least B2 level.
