Specific Project Focus: Interface to Customer Operations and Customer Experience Management

• Ensures robust, scalable, resilient, and target-proofed architecture
• Provides guidance to engineering teams to improve robustness of network architecture, including observability of network performance indicators
• Translates network deviations into robust, scalable network requirements
• Works closely with planning, engineering, operations, and IT to ensure alignment across domains/teams
• Several years of experience in Telecom networks and in Architecture roles, especially Mobile NW, ORAN, Network Slicing, Telco Cloud, AI Ops, including 4G/5G, Core, and RAN
• Deep understanding of telecom protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G SA, IMS, ORAN, EPC, IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV, eSIM)
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenStack, VMWare, AWS, Outposts)
• Excellent communication skills and experience in leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders
• Proven experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Strong team-oriented community
• Flexible working hours with the possibility of working remotely up to 40%
