Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a field medical background, ideally in Oncology or Haematology.
• In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare landscape.
• Experience developing and training MSLs.

Aufgaben

• Developing and training MSLs and medical professionals.
• Supporting clinical trials and organizing round tables.
• Setting up advisory boards and KOL market mapping.

Essential skills and experience required : -

• Developing and training MSL’s and various medical professionals.
• Experience supporting clinical trials.
• Field medical background.
• Experience organising round tables.
• Experience setting up advisory boards.
• Providing training on the medical communication topics to capture the conversations for global MSL teams.
• Experience with KOL market mapping.
• In-depth knowledge and insight into the German healthcare landscape.

Desirable skills and experiences : -

• New product launch experience.
• Site identification / set up experience.
• 5+ years MSL experience.
• Capturing the discussion process insights.
• Oncology or Haematology experience.
• Existing relationships with Oncology or Haematology KOL’s.
• Setting up MSL’s on study support.
• Broad level of stakeholder management.
