The Brand team is responsible for business outcomes, strategic thinking, craft, quality, and taste. You will be responsible for pushing the brand over time, imbuing the brand into every function of the company, and working with marketing on regional and global campaigns.

The Senior Motion Designer at Personio is a pivotal role responsible for bringing our brand to life and imbuing it into everything we do. You will play a critical role in creating compelling, bold, original, imaginative work that communicates our brand's essence and grows customer love.

This role reports to the Director of Brand.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
• A body of work showcasing brand design initiatives, creating various touch points such as website, product, events, or social media
• Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team
• Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision
• Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• You have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
• You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Salary: $179,000 a year + equity + benefits

Please note that the final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include equity or benefits.
