Your meaningful & challenging tasks include:

• Planning and hosting workshops for requirements engineering and service decomposition with product teams across the group.
• Implementing integrations of new data sources and deriving automation requirements for self-service capabilities and scaled adoption.
• Developing reusable monitoring solutions for basic observability and supporting product teams in creating customized, advanced monitoring solutions for full transparency.
• Collaborating with Business Product Owners to develop onboarding strategies, deployment plans, and executing these plans.
• Empowering product teams through sharing best practices and conducting training sessions.
• Creating and improving training and enablement materials with the Empowerment Lead.
• Building self-service monitoring capabilities to enable consumers to onboard their use cases independently.

Your profile should include:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing monitoring and observability solutions using leading technologies.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability functionalities.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, especially within DevOps.
• Technical expertise in cloud-native technologies and interfaces.
• Practical experience with programming, APIs, and GitOps, e.g., Python.
• Experience with large-scale deployment and management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong service orientation and confident communication skills with internal and external partners.
