Your Role

As a Senior Modern Workplace Technician in our Modern Workplace Services (MWS) team, you will be at the forefront of shaping a cutting-edge digital work environment. You’ll lead in-country IT support, manage modern workplace technologies, and collaborate across departments to enhance user experience, mobility, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of a modern, secure, and user-friendly workplace environment.

• Administer and support Microsoft Cloud solutions and endpoint management tools.

• Lead the implementation of Modern Workspace Portfolio services.

• Collaborate with global teams to expand and improve IT services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across devices and platforms.

• Maintain compliance with ITIL and SOX standards.

• Create and maintain documentation and training materials.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Solid experience in IT, ideally in a global manufacturing environment

• Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft 365, Intune, D365 (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and ITSM tools

• Experience with PC, laptop, mobile device, and printer management

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and remote support skills

• Fluent in English and German

• Self-driven, collaborative, and user-focused mindset
