Your mission at vialytics: You play a key role in shaping the core mobile application that helps cities digitize and simplify road infrastructure management. Your mission is to drive the evolution of our app – making it robust, scalable, and intuitive – so that municipalities and partners can detect road damage automatically, streamline their workflows, and make smarter decisions every day. What you build directly supports the work of public services and has a tangible impact on how cities operate.

Your contribution to the product:

• Enhance Core Functionality using Flutter: Develop and maintain features that enable high-quality data capture – such as images, GPS, or sensor data – and ensure they are effectively visualized on mobile devices.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create intuitive, clean, and accessible user interfaces – for both field and office use.
• Cross-Platform Excellence: Ensure that our app performs reliably, responds quickly, and remains consistent across both Android and iOS.
• Quality & Stability: Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to ensure a stable and secure application.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor app performance, gather user feedback, and drive enhancements that improve the user experience and operational efficiency.

Skills that define you:

• Technology Stack: Solid experience with Flutter/Dart in complex production-grade applications, experience with SQL databases, understanding of API integrations, and performance optimization techniques.
• State Management: In-depth knowledge of solutions like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc.
• Platform Integration: Strong understanding of native platforms (Swift/Obj-C for iOS or Kotlin/Java for Android) for custom plugins and integrations.
