We are in the phase of building a new mobile team and are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer (m/w/d) who is ready to take on responsibility, contribute actively to product and process development, and bring strong mobile expertise to the table. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and want to have a real impact from day one — we’d love to hear from you. We fill the position remotely in Germany.

Your Tasks

• Develop and continuously improve our mobile app using Flutter
• Build modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces
• Develop custom Flutter widgets for scalable UI components
• Develop Flutter Plugins to support native iOS & Android functionality
• Perform bug fixing and performance optimizations
• Take ownership of tasks by proactively picking up and delivering tickets
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams
• Contribute ideas to improve architecture, code quality, and workflows
• Work independently while being a strong, supportive team player

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in mobile development with Flutter and Dart
• Solid hands-on experience with both iOS and Android platforms
• Good knowledge of Kotlin and Swift
• Experience working with GitHub and ticketing systems and a familiarity with Xcode & Android Studio is a plus
• Basic experience with Ruby on Rails or the Shape Up method would be beneficial
• Experience with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Ability to make project-related adjustments in Xcode & Android Studio
• Confident communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• A proactive mindset – you take ownership and think beyond your tasks
• A collaborative spirit – you support your teammates and value working at eye level
