A Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant is required by a leading global integrator that has been driving innovation for decades across industries like Finance, Telco, AI, Retail, Utilities, and the Public Sector.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes excellent customer experiences tick — and knows how to shape CRM processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Be part of a multi-million D365 rollout for an esteemed client.

Your Responsibilities

  • Run workshops and discovery sessions to understand client service models and business needs
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Service to align with client workflows
  • Design case management, routing rules, SLA tracking, and knowledge base architecture
  • Advise on best practices in Omnichannel, automation, and service desk optimisation
  • Create clear functional documentation and collaborate with technical delivery teams
  • Deliver training, support UAT, and ensure smooth go-lives
  • Stay current with Power Platform and D365 CE features

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and professional English language
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Sales or Field service)
  • 3+ years D365 Functional experience
  • Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and project managers
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to projects

Bonus if you have

  • Microsoft certifications (MB-230, PL-200)
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Worked in Agile project environments
