Senior Consultant – Microsoft 365 Collaboration

We are seeking a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Microsoft 365 Collaboration to strengthen our growing team. You’ll support clients in designing and rolling out collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365 - helping them realize the full potential of their digital workplace.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, etc.)
• Capture requirements, design tailored solutions, and guide implementations
• Act as first point of contact for client challenges — from solution design to practical user support (e.g., OneDrive sync issues)
• Lead workshops and client sessions, both remotely and on-site
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Support presales activities with input on offers, concepts, and solution designs

What You Bring

• Strong expertise with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Solid understanding of related services (Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Groups, Exchange Online)
• Advantageous: knowledge of Viva, PowerShell, or on-premises technologies (SharePoint Server, Active Directory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset
• Team player with a “sharing is caring” attitude and openness to growth
• Completed apprenticeship/degree and relevant experience in Microsoft 365 consulting
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
