Stellenbeschreibung

• AI Solution Development: Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions on Azure, including developing machine learning models (e.g., predictive algorithms, classification, anomaly detection) and integrating them into cloud applications. Write code (primarily in Python) to build and train models, leveraging Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, or custom frameworks as needed.
• Build and deploy intelligent applications using Azure AI Foundry, leveraging prompt orchestration, grounding with Azure AI Search, and agent orchestration features for enterprise-scale GenAI use cases. Independently implement GenAI workflows using Foundry.
• Generative AI & LLMs: Play a key role in developing Generative AI solutions for clients. Experiment with and implement large language model (LLM) based applications using Azure OpenAI Service and frameworks like LangChain. Build chatbots or summarization services, ensuring prompt engineering and fine-tuning are done securely.
• Azure AI Services Integration: Utilize Azure Cognitive Services (vision, speech, language) and Azure AI services to accelerate solution development. Integrate Azure Cognitive Search for semantic search or use Form Recognizer in document pipelines, combining these with custom ML where needed.
• MLOps and Deployment: Deploy and operationalize ML models by containerizing models or using Azure ML endpoints. Set up CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) for automated training and deployment, and monitor model performance for drift. Ensure solutions are scalable and reliable.
• Data Pipeline Collaboration: Work with Data Engineers to ensure data readiness for ML models. Contribute to data pipeline design, feature engineering, and real-time data ingestion for high-quality training and inference.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Solution Architects and other specialists to translate architectural designs into implementation. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting.
• Client Support & Iteration: Support clients in adopting AI solutions, prepare documentation, demo functionalities, and iterate based on feedback. Ensure responsible AI practices and data security standards are maintained.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science, with full lifecycle project experience from data prep to deployment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English
• Azure & Data Skills: Strong experience with Azure AI/Data ecosystem, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse. Experience with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure OpenAI is a plus.
• ML & Programming: Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with NLP or vision techniques is beneficial. Familiarity with Git.
• MLOps Knowledge: Practical experience with MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning, Docker, Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Generative AI & LLMs: Knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face. Experience with vector databases and RAG is a plus.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, ability to mentor colleagues.
• Certifications: Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) preferred, additional certs like DP-100 or Databricks Generative AI Engineer are beneficial. Support for certification pursuit is provided.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
