Your Role:
The Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) will manage a company product(s) within a defined territory for SpringWorks Therapeutics Europe GmbH. This involves establishing and maintaining key scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the territory and serving as a scientific expert to the medical community, facilitating the appropriate exchange of scientific information.
Key expectations include developing and maintaining an advanced scientific and product knowledge base, communicating key insights, and disseminating critical scientific data to external stakeholders such as academic, scientific, clinical experts, and patient organizations.
The Sr. MSL will ensure timely input on field medical engagement plans supporting clinical development and commercialization programs. Additionally, the role involves supporting clinical trials in partnership with the clinical development team and researchers.
The Sr. MSL should master MSL responsibilities and potentially take on additional leadership roles within projects and initiatives. The role requires working independently with minimal oversight, being accountable, and assisting the Country Medical Director as needed.
Location Classification: Field-Based
This role is classified as field organization work, with expected travel and engagement with external partners, collaborators, and third parties regularly on behalf of SpringWorks. #LIRemote
