Our client, an innovative Biopharma, is entering an exciting phase of advancing development plans for Europe, and primarily for Germany and Austria.
Following recent commercial success and FDA approval for a Rare Disease and genetic disorder treatment, aimed at transforming patients lives with current unmet need relative to treatments, for a range of Endocrine conditions including - Obesity, Hyperphagia and related behavioural issues in both adults and children.
To advance the future trajectory and ambitious launch plans outside of US in mid-2026, our client is seeking an innovative, motivated, highly autonomous and self-leading industry experienced Medical Science Liaison, or Senior Medical Liaison for launch preparations in Germany and Austria.
This will be a highly autonomous and self-leading Medical Affairs MSL role. Working fully remote and travelling extensively in the region and through wider Germany or Austria as required – At outset and for circa 6+ months during build to launch, weekly travel will be expected to be at least 75% - To enable close engagements and establish contacts, with both known and new connections.
The ideal candidate will have a creative and innovative approach to Medical Affairs and Medical Liaison activities and offer vision and thoughts for direction, combined with a collaborative style of working with the associated wider EU HQ colleagues, Head of Medical Affairs, and associated field operatives and US business team members as required. A success driven attitude to ‘making things happen’ and driving self-success.
Open to extensive travel is a key requirement on a weekly basis.
A competitive daily rate of pay will be on offer at outset, plus competitive salary and associated benefits in future if moving to an employed position.
