Your role as Senior Medical Affairs Manager
Lead the development and execution of medical strategy across multiple product lines in alignment with commercial goals.
Drive clinical evidence generation through oversight of clinical trials, observational studies, and real-world data initiatives.
Act as a scientific expert to support regulatory submissions and market access efforts in multiple regions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers, and relevant medical associations.
Serve as a key partner to internal teams by delivering tailored scientific training and developing medical content.
Champion compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines across all medical activities.
Represent the company at scientific events, conferences, and contribute to publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Experience and qualifications for the Senior Medical Affairs Manager role
Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; an MD or PhD is a strong plus.
8-10 years' experience in Medical Affairs, ideally within the medical technology or pharmaceutical space.
Strong background in clinical study design, regulatory support, and real-world evidence.
Proven ability to translate complex scientific data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
Prior exposure to engaging with KOLs and medical societies on a national or international level.
Business fluency in both German and English; other languages are a bonus.
Comfortable with international travel for meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement.
