Qualifikationen

(Senior) Media Go To Market Project Manager - Brand Marketing (all genders)

Job Overview

Zalando’s Media Team within the Marketing department is looking for a (Senior) Media Go To Market Project Manager. You’ll work across the Media Team (Media Go-To-Market, Digital Media, Media Strategy & Planning) and other Marketing Departments to co-create and lead the media investment and activation-related processes and projects, including but not limited to the local media annual planning or local media global campaign execution. Responsible for Zalando’s ways of working on major local media topics across the markets, you will also be collaborating directly with our local Media Agencies and the internal Teams. This role will report to the Team Lead Media Go-To-Market.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
  • Oversee and optimize local media planning and execution processes: Lead and refine end-to-end processes within the most crucial projects for local media planning and campaign execution to ensure timely and effective execution across all relevant markets in collaboration with the Media Team and other Marketing Departments.

  • Develop and implement frameworks to operate with related marketing teams: Design and establish ways of working for all stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration between Media Go-To-Market, Go-To-Market Marketing, Brand Initiatives, Production teams and local media agencies. Support balancing optimisation and scalability goals with local market nuances and communication needs to drive efficiency.

  • Drive omnichannel integration: Strengthen collaboration between Media Go-To-Market and Digital Media to ensure seamless omnichannel campaign execution.

  • Manage local media agency relationships: Co-manage relationships with local media agencies, overseeing workload distribution and timelines to ensure project success.

Support global media initiatives: Contribute to the management of global media processes and projects, securing aligning local activities with global strategies.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU
  • At least 8 years experience in Media / Marketing related project management within an Agency or Advertiser and hold a degree in either marketing, advertising, business and/or similar field (or an equivalent in working experience)

  • Proven record of working with local and international media campaigns

  • Excellent stakeholder management, professional confidence and prioritization skills

  • Ability to interpret and elaborate on actionable outcomes with high level presentation and excel skills

  • Great communication skills, fluent English

  • Understanding the European media landscape and its impact on the timings and ways of working

  • Passionate about marketing / media and cross-teams cooperation

  • Experience with Fashion / Retail / Beauty / Lifestyle industries appreciated but not mandatory
