What Will Your Role Be

We want to expand our business and our presence on well-known online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and others. We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented ecommerce Senior Marketplace Manager UK / US (f / m / d) who wants to make a difference and help take our business in those countries to the next level.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of Amazon UK / US and eBay UK / US, ensuring our products and content are relevant and highly visible. You will also be responsible for the strategic development of these markets concerning competitiveness, product range, pricing, and branding. Additionally, you will evaluate and pursue opportunities to expand to other relevant marketplaces in these regions. You will collaborate closely with our licensing, design, supply, product, and marketing teams, among others, who will support you in your mission.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations on Amazon UK / US and eBay UK / US
• Develop market-specific growth strategies to open new customer segments and improve competitiveness
• Analyze and monitor performance metrics, deriving growth potentials
• Stay updated on new requirements and restrictions for your markets
• Curate product ranges and designs considering demand, seasonality, and trends
• Optimize product content for presentation and ranking on Amazon and eBay
• Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and eBay, including sponsored products, brands, and display ads
• Collaborate across teams to ensure business success

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years of professional eCommerce experience on online platforms and marketplaces, ideally with Amazon and/or eBay
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Knowledge of US and/or UK eCommerce markets and customer behaviors
• Strong analytical skills for reports and data-driven decisions
• Interest in fashion, trends, and consumer behavior
• Results-oriented with a focus on KPIs and sales growth
• Good communication skills and creative writing abilities
• Proactive, responsible, with strong comprehension and implementation skills
• Degree in business administration, international business, entrepreneurship, or similar
