As ambassador for the product group, this role will be the key driver, responsible for the creation and implementation of the Go To Market launches across the DACH region. As custodian of the brand and category, you will uphold the Global vision, positioning and brand identity through localized Product Communication strategies.

  • Key interface role with US, Product Development, Marketing, PR and countries to develop the category plan
  • Be the category expert: understand price, positioning, competitive landscape and market needs by digesting insights, connect the dots, and effectively summarise conclusions to help better inform roadmap or launch plans.
  • Clearly articulate Product or Go To Market challenges and solutions to the Regional teams and translate these into highly impactful projects.
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will have excellent communication skills balanced with sound business acumen. Capable of creating exceptional plan that clearly communicate the key message of the product group both internally and externally.
  • Lead cross functional groups to create, coordinate and deliver our targets through direct and indirect partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Development team and country teams to achieve key KPIs, revenue, volume, share, profit and investment targets.
  • Product launch materials and product launch communication, ranging and sell through.
  • Deeply understand, interpret and champion the category, the market, its consumers, channels and competitors within Regional, Country and US teams and reflect in the plan
  • Align, negotiate business opportunities, gain consensus and approval with US, country, Leadership Team on the components of the category plan
  • Actively track and report the status of the plan, identifying and analysing areas of performance. Go deep to understand what is behind the performance and make fast recommendations on how to correct or offset. Work with pier group, PD, Media, Countries and wider business to rapidly escalate opportunities and build effective growth plan
  • Actively respond to changes in the market and actual performance to update, evolve and implement new activities and actions to achieve plan and objectives within any given period
  • Understanding of SharkNinja segmentation and customer audiences to align product strategy
  • Work cross functionally, seeking commercial alignment with US and countries to set pricing and channelisation

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the Regional Assortment/Ranging & Roadmap from concept to launch – working together country teams and cross functional teams
  • Owning the recommended promotional and pricing strategy per market
  • Working closely with Global teams and the Regional teams to bring the roadmap to life
  • Responsible for supporting the European markets with retailer sell in presentations and meetings including Product demonstrations
  • Be willing to win as a team, partnering closely with a local and Regional matrixed organization to drive decision making and business goals
  • Serve as a thought-leader in the specific category
  • Bringing new launches to market. Developing a marketing plan with the regional and country marketing team to strive for flawless execution at launch.
  • Oversee the continued refinement and development of all go-to-market communications and content across all consumer touch points.
  • Drive a consumer first mentality to develop relevant messaging and creative assets that embody our brand positioning and deliver clear consumer understanding of the products and brand.
  • Develop creative briefs to deliver launch content and test packaging for local markets
  • Collaborate with research partners to validate messaging and content.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 8 years of prior Marketing, and/or Category Management experience within category and e xperience in the area of Go To Market and Product Marketing
  • Product Lifecycle management experience with technical aptitude
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships.
  • Experience with financial analysis to make marketing recommendations.
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns.
