About this role:

As a Senior Marketing Manager within our German marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer retention, increase order frequency, and deepen customer loyalty. Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement for Germany, you will lead initiatives that enhance the lifetime value of our users and reinforce emotional and functional loyalty to our brand.

Your work will be essential in shaping how we engage with our customers, driving campaigns and programs that reward and retain them. You’ll collaborate across local and central teams to create integrated strategies that address both national and city-level goals, focusing on how loyalty contributes to our broader marketing objectives.


These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Own the development and execution of loyalty marketing strategy across Germany.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and repeat order frequency.
  • Launch and manage loyalty and rewards initiatives, including A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Partner with the local German team, but also Global Retention, Product, Creative, and Data teams to ensure loyalty initiatives align with brand, supply priorities, and city-specific dynamics.
  • Monitor performance and ROI of loyalty efforts, continuously using data and insights to identify opportunities and proactively implement re-engagement and win-back strategies.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); strong knowledge of the German market.
  • Seasoned experience in Marketing, preferably with a focus on CRM or Loyalty, ideally in food delivery, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale loyalty or engagement programs that drive measurable business impact.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects and evaluate results.
  • Positive attitude, open-minded, and adaptable with a test-and-learn approach.
