A leading gaming publisher seeks a Brand Marketing Manager to create and manage marketing strategies for game launches in Western Europe. This role involves project management, collaboration with various stakeholders, and optimizing marketing campaigns for the gaming sector. Ideal candidates are experienced in digital marketing, fluent in German and English, and have a strong understanding of gaming markets.

Create engaging and business-oriented WEU go-to-market plans (paid media, creatives, live-ops, budget management, digital marketing) to support the lifecycle of the games you are responsible for.
Manage brand activation projects, in support of games launched by the business unit, collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Partnership, Creative Development, Influencers, Community at WEU and HQ level).
Project management: monitor project status from kick-off to post-performance review, check milestones and timelines to ensure on-time delivery, and conduct post-mortem reports after project completion.
Manage consumer-facing content within a framework of market localization and quality optimization (copywriting, visual impact, trends).
In addition to your WEU responsibilities, serve as the point of contact for consultancy for the German market and represent the WEU team with key entities (first parties, gaming associations, German expert vendors).
1. At least 5+ years of brand marketing experience in marketing operations, campaign implementation, and successful global marketing, ideally in gaming.
2. Experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, paid media, influence, advertising, events, and content creation.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and writing skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at management level in a multicultural environment.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to deliver results. Must be solution-oriented and comfortable with technical aspects of publishing and marketing frameworks.
5. Experience creating content for gaming brands and implementing marketing strategies that drive demand through digital channels.
6. Deep knowledge of marketing funnels, metrics, and analytics to optimize campaigns.
7. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders' priorities.
8. Avid gamer with extensive experience in PC and console games, mobile games, especially in shooter, action, ARPG, GAAS genres.
9. Experience in launching markets in Western Europe or North America with a good understanding of local gaming environments and marketing backgrounds.
10. Bilingual in English; native German required. Mandarin is a plus.
