HomeToGo is seeking an innovative Senior Marketing Manager [Email] (m/f/d) passionate about managing various email marketing campaigns across our brands. As part of the Retention team, you will collaborate with marketers, tech, and data science stakeholders to drive long-term productization goals and enhance the scalability of our retention technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the email marketing calendar, managing user experience and funnels from campaigns to sessions and revenue.
  • Drive post-acquisition engagement through onboarding and retargeting emails to improve engagement and lifetime value.
  • Partner with marketing tech, design, and product teams to develop new functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
  • Optimize campaigns weekly, coordinate content, review creatives, and set up lists and campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify new opportunities and define requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in Retention/CRM or Email Marketing.
  • Experience with tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of email HTML and tracking.
  • Strong data analysis skills, especially SQL, and familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Excellent project and campaign management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
