Job Description

HomeToGo is seeking an innovative Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) passionate about managing email marketing campaigns across our brands. You will be part of the Retention team, collaborating with marketing, tech, and data science stakeholders to drive long-term productization goals and enhance the scalability of our retention tech stack.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the email marketing calendar, managing user experience and funnels from campaigns to sessions and revenue.
  • Drive post-acquisition engagement through onboarding, retargeting emails, and other initiatives to improve engagement and lifetime value.
  • Partner with marketing tech, design, and product teams to develop new functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
  • Optimize campaigns weekly, coordinating content, reviewing creatives, and setting up lists and campaigns.
  • Lead or assist in analysis to identify new opportunities and define requirements.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Retention/CRM or Email Marketing.
  • Experience with tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of email HTML & tracking.
  • Strong data analysis skills, especially SQL, and familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Excellent project and campaign management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
