YOUR TASKS

1. Be part of one of the most professional email marketing teams in Germany.
2. Plan, coordinate, and implement over 700 campaigns annually for our PAYBACK partners, maximizing potential through tests, analyses, and optimizations.
3. Lead projects aimed at continuously improving campaigns and processes via automation and personalization.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments, agencies, and service providers.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Passionate about email marketing and CRM with relevant professional experience.
2. Familiar with TKP, CTR, and HTML; interested in technical connections and quick to learn new marketing tools.
3. Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex processes.
4. Proactive, communicative, and results-driven.
5. Hold a university degree in marketing or a comparable qualification.
6. Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
