You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. Responsibilities :

  1. Define and execute marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
  2. Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
  4. Inform clients and prospects about products and services through creative marketing strategies.
  5. Track the performance of all marketing campaigns.
  6. Manage the marketing team, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
  7. Perform strategic data mining and analysis, drawing insights and transforming data into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization and growth.
  8. Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  9. Strategize and execute experiments to continuously improve key metrics across campaigns.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams such as design and product, as well as external teams, on projects to drive growth and efficiency.
  11. Provide input to predictive models that drive company growth.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in German.
