We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for our Institutional Division. This role is tailored for a visionary manager eager to shape the marketing strategies for a diverse clientele, including full-service restaurants, catering businesses, the lodging industry, long-term care homes, multi-service providers, and marine businesses. In this position, you will own the marketing activities for Germany and lead a dedicated team to drive marketing activities across the Central & CEE region, ensuring alignment with business priorities and empowering local market execution.

Role Expectations

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Central & CEE market, ensuring they align with European strategies and local priorities.
• Drive marketing communication efforts to enhance brand perception and customer engagement, and ensure the execution of marketing activities is of the highest quality.
• Oversee the launch and implementation of innovations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Serve as an ambassador in sustainability, integrating sustainable practices into marketing strategies and communications, and promoting Ecolab’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
• Build and maintain strong customer and sales relationships, capturing relevant insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Become a Strategic Partner to the Divisional Manager, demonstrating accountability and reliability in the pursuit of our goals.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree and more than eight years of professional experience or master’s degree with seven to eight years of experience.
• Strong expertise in developing marketing strategies and communication plans, with a focus on sustainability.
• Expertise in marketing for numerous products, categories, or programs that are complex in scope and size.
• High competence in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, assertive communication, and the ability to influence and drive the organization.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• A well-structured and organized approach to work.
• German and English languages are required; further languages are beneficial.
