Are you passionate about engaging healthcare professionals through targeted, strategic marketing? We’re looking for a Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing Manager to join a high-impact DACH marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that boost awareness and adoption of a cutting-edge medical therapy across the DACH market.

You’ll work closely with medical experts, regional sales leaders, and marketing colleagues to create high-quality campaigns, build strong HCP networks, and champion data-driven program execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and roll out marketing plans that reach physicians, nurses, and clinical stakeholders
  • Identify the most effective channels and content to engage the specialist medical community
  • Set clear KPIs and track program effectiveness—adapting where needed to improve results
  • Partner with regional sales teams to support local business plans
  • Work cross-functionally with medical, market access, and global marketing teams
  • Lead professional event planning, DACH HCP programs, and KOL (key opinion leader) engagement

Content & Messaging

  • Create impactful campaigns for congresses, ads, LinkedIn, and more
  • Align medical messaging with scientific data and global brand direction
  • Continuously evolve content strategies to reflect insights from the field
  • Contribute to the development of digital tools and portals for HCPs
  • Collaborate with digital and DTC marketing teams to expand therapy awareness
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and explore innovative HCP engagement methods

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in HCP marketing, preferably in medical devices, Class III implants, neurology, or sleep therapy
  • Strong background in working with physician groups, medical societies, or scientific communities
  • Skilled in campaign planning, content creation, event coordination, and budget management
  • Proficient communicator in both written and spoken English; other European languages are a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a creative edge and collaborative spirit
