We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, so that we can build and execute high-impact regional campaigns that support growth and engagement across the German healthcare market. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of regional marketing strategies to generate demand, support sales, and elevate our presence in Germany.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns and marketing strategies tailored to the German market in order to drive demand, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Manage local events to build brand visibility and create meaningful customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with the regional sales and services teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

  • Create compelling marketing collateral—including newsletters, data sheets, blogs, and white papers—to support product positioning and customer education.

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to drive lead nurturing and conversion processes.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthcare IT, or MedTech
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful campaigns that generate pipeline
