Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Localization: Implement global brand strategy across EMEA (with focus on Germany), ensuring brand consistency while adapting to local market needs to enhance brand presence and influence.
- Content Localization: Lead the localization of corporate websites and marketing collateral for EMEA markets, including German and multilingual versions, ensuring content resonates with regional preferences.
- Public Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with government entities, industry associations, and media outlets in Europe (primarily Germany), while supporting preliminary market development in Middle East and Africa.
- Marketing Events: Plan and execute regional trade shows, marketing campaigns, and brand events across EMEA to maximize brand visibility.
- ESG & Community Engagement: Drive ESG initiatives, CSR programs, philanthropy, and community relations in Europe (Germany focus), while assisting with preliminary ESG planning for Middle East and Africa markets.
- Content Development: Gather project-related news in EMEA markets and produce high-quality press releases/marketing content tailored for multilingual audiences.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in brand PR, marketing, or event planning; B2B experience in renewable energy, power, tech, or industrial equipment preferred (agency or in-house). This is a must requirement.
- Industry Network: Strong connections with German industry associations, media, and NGOs; basic understanding/interest in Middle East and Africa markets.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience supporting Chinese companies in European (particularly German) markets; adept at cross-cultural collaboration in multicultural environments.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.
