As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in our diverse projects in the digital platforms sector (focus on websites, apps) and integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
- Define goals and link them with measurable KPIs.
- Determine relevant metrics and evaluate benchmarks.
- Develop requirements for tracking concepts and work solution-oriented on necessary workarounds. Act as the interface to our internal teams and also to the client.
- Define hypotheses and determine metrics for analysis of touchpoints and content.
- Analyze user behavior along the (digital) customer journey to identify relevant signals, derive insights, and recommend actions.
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards.
- Develop A/B test scenarios.
- Derivations & Recommendations:
- Make derivations and identify optimization potentials for UX, design, and content.
- Assist interdisciplinary teams and our clients in understanding these insights and collaboratively define and translate the right actions into briefings.
- Presentation, Dashboards, Moderation & Guidance:
- Create concise presentations and present your results internally and to clients.
- Design accessible dashboard concepts and implement them.
- Serve as the main contact for performance monitoring and CX optimization, advising our clients at eye level.
- Keep data trends in view and keep your team up to date.
- Act as a sparring partner for your team members and support them in their tasks.
What You Bring
- Successfully completed studies in economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a comparable field, or several years of experience in data analytics, performance marketing, or marketing intelligence.
- Several years of experience analyzing digital ecosystems (focus on websites, apps, social media) and comprehensive marketing and sales campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of systems like Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or Mapp (Webtrekk), and a conceptual understanding of tracking integration and adjustments.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting software like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, and enthusiasm to learn new tools.
- Nice to have: experience with Contentsquare and CJ analysis tools like Fullstory.
- Initial experience in training and guiding team members in data analysis.
- A good understanding of numbers, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Strong sense of quality consciousness.
- An open and clear communication style in both German and English.
