Jobbeschreibung

Be the strategic partner for local Government, Healthcare Institutes, Hospitals, Patients, and Business Units to enable and improve market access of innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease and advanced critical care technologies. This role aims to simplify decision-making in the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively lead and collaborate with Business Units on Market Access Projects, including creating new therapeutic/device charge codes, obtaining pricing approval, and reimbursement approval to facilitate access to innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease and advanced critical care technologies.
  • Provide guidance to external project teams to execute tactical market access projects and participate in internal product launch teams.
  • Develop and execute market access projects and activities, ensuring the successful completion of all deliverables.
  • Engage with industry groups to maintain dialogue with provincial governments and influence policy formulation and implementation as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare authorities.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for market access process improvements and course corrections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop local market assessment opportunities.
  • Perform other incidental duties as required.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4-10 years of relevant experience, or

Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience in government relations, sales, tendering, pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory functions within multinational pharmaceutical or medical device companies is required.

Pricing and reimbursement experience is highly preferred. Medical education and health economic training are also advantageous.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong ownership and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of working with governmental officials and within a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Recognized expertise in government policies and healthcare industry aspects.
  • Deep understanding of pricing & reimbursement processes.
  • Attention to detail and professional interaction across organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership in project settings within Market Access and cross-functional teams.
  • Adherence to company rules, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
