As Senior Manager Transformation & Strategic Projects at Envalior, you will play a key part in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving transformation initiatives. You will manage and guide strategic projects, including the development of synergies, tracking, and reporting with a key focus on presenting transformation progress to shareholders.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Support and steer transformational and strategic projects.
• Prepare detailed analyses and reporting for shareholder meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support potential M&A projects, partnerships, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Analyze and evaluate strategic opportunities for business growth across all divisions.
• Support design and steering of yearly strategy review process.

The Ideal Candidate

• Several years of experience in Strategy / Management Consulting or similar Project Manager roles in an international context, ideally within a change management environment.
• Experience in a Chemical MNC or highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive strategic decision-making.
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as German or Dutch are a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
