Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an experienced technology strategy lead to shape and execute strategic initiatives across technology and cybersecurity priorities. You will translate business goals into actionable plans and monitor progress, coordinating with external strategy advisors.

The role requires multi-year experience in technology strategy, operations, and transformation programs, with strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Business Operations or Management Consulting, and/or Product Management.
• 3+ years of experience with Technology Strategy Development and Execution.
• 3+ years of experience driving organizational change.
• Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Deep understanding of technology concepts as they relate to large enterprises.
• Previous IT/high-tech experience is highly valuable.
• Must be quantitatively oriented leading with numbers, facts and data sets.
• Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong Program/ Project Management skills.
