Jobtailor seeks a senior strategy professional to support transformational initiatives and develop enterprise strategies. You will work with business leaders to define long-term plans, participate in operational planning, and ensure timely board-ready content.

You will leverage data analytics and PowerPoint to craft insights across vision care, healthcare, and related industries, adjusting strategy as markets evolve.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field.
• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, strategy or management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.
• Working knowledge in vision/healthcare/insurance industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with simple messaging.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Ability to use logic and foresee implications.
• Ability to work through details and execute.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Desire to understand all business areas and find opportunities.
• Energy and enthusiasm for new ideas.
• For remote/hybrid roles, engage well in virtual environments (camera presence).

• Partner with internal data and analytics teams to develop qualitative and quantitative metrics.
