Role objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Partner to lead and support the implementation of Talent, Learning, and DEI policies, practices, and programs across our Central Europe region (Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Slovakia). The goal is to drive sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Develop a pipeline of diverse, high-performing, and engaged employees and promote leadership awareness, commitment, and accountability for talent and DEI initiatives.
  2. Participate in Otis's annual talent and performance cycles, learning programs, and culture initiatives; co-design learning curriculums; promote DEI programs; measure progress; and build awareness and accountability.
  3. Create a culture where all employees feel they belong and can bring their whole self to work.
  4. Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals, ensuring their engagement and development.
  5. Model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all work and decisions.
Role specific skills & competencies:
  • Expertise in integrated talent management and DEI strategies.
  • Skilled in needs assessment, translating business needs into learning plans, and delivering impactful learning interventions.
  • Passionate about fostering a culture of belonging.
  • Experience in program management and organizational change.
  • Data analytics experience and success in metrics-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven change agent and collaborator.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-changing, matrix environment.
