A leading delivery service company in Berlin is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Development to enhance leadership initiatives and drive organizational success. You will collaborate across teams to develop innovative learning solutions leveraging AI. This role requires over 8 years of experience in Talent Development with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. The position supports a hybrid working model, balancing in-office and remote work.

As Senior Manager of Talent Development, you will play a key role in building and scaling leadership development for our most important talent needs. You’ll own global leadership initiatives end to end, partnering with Talent Management, People Business Partners, People Analytics, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to deliver development that’s as dynamic as the business we support. Success in this role means using data-driven insights to set priorities, building strong relationships with leaders and partners, and measuring impact against key people metrics.
You will report to the Director of Talent Development at DoorDash. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote, anchored to whichever corporate office you are closest.
This is a role for builders: you’ll take on one of our top priorities—developing leaders and raising the performance bar. You’ll reimagine the leadership development journey with fresh approaches, using AI and new ways of thinking to deliver consistency and quality in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
