About this Position

As Sustainability Commercialization Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies that monetize sustainability as a competitive advantage. This role will be pivotal in driving the commercialization of sustainable solutions, partnering with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to increase revenue from sustainable products and reduce reliance on transitioner products.

What you´ll do
  • Create and implement a strategic framework to commercialize sustainability, positioning it as a key differentiator for future business success
  • Develop commercialization toolkits, models, and workshops to support market strategy and value proposition development
  • Ensure alignment with related strategic initiatives, including data transparency, portfolio transformation, and upskilling
  • Collaborate with SBUs to accelerate the commercialization of sustainable products, and actively support the reduction of transitioner products
  • Develop market strategies and value propositions to support sales, leveraging internal and external best practices related to key sustainability differentiators
  • Enhance customer engagement through sustainability-driven marketing and value-based selling
  • Streamline access to critical sustainability data and sustainability tools
  • Upskill the sales community on sustainability-focused selling techniques to drive customer intimacy
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor or Master degree in chemistry, materials science, business marketing, or a similar field
  • Around 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and/or business development in a B2B environment with a proven track record to commercialize sustainable solutions
  • Strong understanding of market strategy, sales enablement, and value proposition development
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across multiple business units
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives while providing hands-on support
  • Experience with driving sustainability strategies and KPIs is a plus
