What you will do

As Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development, you carry significant responsibility and work cross-functionally on various topics but most closely with our founders and Managing Directors. You will drive strategic decisions while taking on entrepreneurial responsibilities and supporting the C-Level where needed. Due to the agile and dynamic nature of ONIQ, your daily routine will be characterized by varied and diverse tasks including:

1. Steering and managing the corporate and product strategy and its implementation
2. Conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring ONIQ remains at the forefront of the industry
3. Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances, as well as managing existing partnerships
4. Driving ONIQ's growth through business development initiatives and strategic operational support of the sales team
5. Supporting investor relations and funding efforts in close collaboration with the founders

What we expect from you

• Enthusiasm and drive for entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to take an active role in building a fast-growing startup
• Profound understanding of the requirements and challenges of the manufacturing industry, along with the ability to derive strategic objectives for both the company and its products
• Several years of experience in production management, business development, consulting, entrepreneurship, product management, or similar fields
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and/or lean manufacturing is a bonus
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to oversee, prioritize, and effectively balance a wide range of requirements
• Strong academic record with a Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences, or similar
• Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
