YOUR TASKS

• You lead and own strategic digital projects to drive growth and modernization of our digital business and are responsible to discuss new potential solutions with the PAYBACK leadership board
• In your role as business owner for “AI solutions” you work in a cross-functional, agile team with Product, Tech and Data to evaluate and deliver innovative products for our eCommerce business to increase sales through automated and personalized offers
• You identify potentials based on market trends, customer insights and performance KPIs
• You are responsible for project planning, stakeholder management as well as tracking of progress & KPIs
• You work closely with colleagues from Digital Marketing & Partner Management and enable them to create value and efficiency using AI solutions within our (Marketing) platform

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in economics/business administration or a comparable professional qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in digital business or consulting
• You have a deep expertise in eCommerce businesses and gained experience in the B2C market
• You have vision of the potential AI may have for the PAYBACK businesses
• You have gained project experience and implemented projects yourself
• You have strong hands-on mentality among your strengths, have structured thinking skills and work result-orientated and with initiative
• You are data-driven, with strong analytical thinking, can quickly grasp complex issues and derive suitable actions from them
• You are communicative and confident in presentation
• You are well organized and love to work independently
