We have an exciting opportunity for:

Senior Manager Security Audit & Risk Management (all genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission: Under the direction of the Information Security Management, the Security Manager for Information Security will report to the Information Security Head and be a key member of the Information Security Team. This role will coordinate cybersecurity reviews, conduct risk assessments, identify threats and vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies. The position also involves responding to audit requests and supporting incident response.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate security trainings and audits across Kia EU organizations, including headquarters, subsidiaries, affiliates, and vendors (50%)
• Collaborate with Privacy attorneys to ensure compliance with privacy laws, supporting data lineage and leakage prevention (30%)
• Provide security consulting to stakeholders such as Legal, DPO, and P&O (10%)
• Prepare and respond to security audits, including annual assessments, working with business units and IT providers (10%)
• Lead cross-sectional incident response and investigations

Security compliance responsibilities include:

• Establishing security training and audit processes
• Supporting privacy compliance activities
• Consulting on data privacy matters
• Coordinating security audits

IT Security responsibilities include:

• Conducting security awareness activities
• Responding to threats like phishing
• Performing risk analysis of IT systems

Your talents:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information security
• Advanced certifications in cybersecurity are a plus
• At least 5 years in security processes and 3 years as a security auditor
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and security standards like ISO 27001, NIST 800-53
• Proactive, self-motivated, with leadership skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to oversee external vendors and recommend solutions
