A leading global consultancy and a trusted long-term partner of SAP, recognized for delivering strategic transformation through cutting-edge SAP solutions, is currently seeking Senior professionals in the SAP HR Cloud area. With decades of industry expertise, they deliver complex, large-scale SAP implementations, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HR Cloud solutions focused on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, from pre-sales to go-live.
• Manage and lead a team of around 20 members.

Your profile :

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR consulting, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• Experience with other modules such as SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is a plus.
• End-to-end SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Management / leadership experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
