About the Role

As a Stream Lead, you will be at the forefront of complex transformation initiatives, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of their SAP S / 4HANA journey. Whether you specialize in Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) or Finance & Controlling (FI / CO) , you will take ownership of your functional domain, ensuring that the solution design aligns with business objectives and drives process excellence.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, lead mixed onshore-offshore teams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project—from roadmap definition and template design to deployment and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S / 4HANA transformation initiatives for your functional stream (SD, MM, PP, or FI / CO)
• Work with clients to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and solution architecture
• Drive end-to-end template design, value realization, and process alignment
• Lead international teams through implementation, testing, and deployment phases
• Ensure integration across functional streams (e.g., finance with logistics or manufacturing)
• Serve as a guardian of the global design during industrialized rollouts
• Provide subject matter expertise and advise clients on best practices and optimization opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading SAP S / 4HANA implementations within SD, MM, PP, or FI / CO

Deep understanding of business processes in your domain and their integration with other modules

Experience with SAP template design, rollout, and process harmonization

Ability to translate business needs into robust system solutions and guide design decisions

Familiarity with finance or logistics reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus

Experience working with global delivery teams (onshore / offshore)

Solid understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

Exposure to tools such as Signavio for process modeling (preferred)

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (incl. C-levels)

Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
