Senior SAP FICO Manager – Remote (Germany) | Fast-Growing SAP Partner

Location : 100% Remote (within Germany)

Language : Fluent German required

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

We’re partnering with a medium-sized SAP consultancy in Germany that’s rapidly expanding and known for providing premium services across a variety of industries throughout Germany and Europe. They’re looking for a Senior SAP FICO Manager to join their team and help shape the next phase of their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and upgrades
• Oversee and support a team of consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development
• Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities including client workshops, solution design, effort estimation, and proposal creation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations (S / 4HANA, RISE with SAP, cloud solutions) and proactively advise clients on roadmap planning
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practice adoption within SAP FICO solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients on finance transformation initiatives
• Support business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
• Ensure delivery excellence, budget control, and quality across SAP Finance projects

What They’re Looking For :

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Strong background in SAP Sales and Pre-Sales activities
• Leadership experience managing small teams or mentoring colleagues
• Solid understanding of SAP S / 4HANA (on-premise or cloud)
• Ability to drive customer engagements and solution design
• Fluent German communication skills (written and spoken)
