Your new role
- You take a leading role in expanding our central risk controlling function with a focus on both quantitative and qualitative risk assessments.
- You oversee the development and optimization of group-wide risk reporting, including the delivery of strategic ad-hoc analyses.
- You design and advance methodologies for the assessment and management of financial and non-financial risks.
- You define and implement standards for risk management processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal control systems.
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and group-wide risk management standards, and you serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Your strengths
- You hold a Master of Science in a quantitative or financial discipline and bring several years of relevant professional experience in risk controlling, audit, finance, or a related field.
- You are highly proficient in MS Office and have solid experience with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Power BI or similar).
- You think analytically, act strategically, and feel confident managing complex data and risk structures.
- You understand accounting standards (HGB and IFRS) and their application in risk management.
- You communicate fluently in English (our company language); knowledge of German is advantageous.
