Qualifikationen

At Douglas, our customers and their unique beauty experiences are at the heart of everything we do. As our new Senior Manager Retail Beauty Services (f/m/d), you will help shape the beauty experience of tomorrow, setting standards that define our brand and delight our customers.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overarching Douglas Beauty Services strategy, ensuring seamless integration into the overall Douglas corporate strategy—from initial definition to successful execution.
  • Cross-Country Alignment: Coordinate with international branches to assess existing concepts, refine strategies, and establish a unified approach.
  • Standardization and Consistency: Drive the harmonization and standardization of beauty service strategies across all markets to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Executive Communication: Regularly report progress, present key milestones, and obtain approvals from senior management to secure alignment and drive momentum.
  • Beauty Service Representation: Serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for Douglas Beauty Services.
YOUR SKILLS
  • At least 5 years of experience in the retail or beauty services sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to managing complex projects.
  • Fluent English skills and a readiness to collaborate internationally.
  • Willingness to travel and support our teams on-site to achieve optimal results.
