What you will enjoy doing:

1. You will manage our Region Europe East Reliability Group and lead 4 engineering groups functionally.
2. Additionally, you will manage plant reliability by condition-based risk assessments, contingency, and improvement plans.
3. Train plant personnel to manage TAR planning and execution is part of your role.
4. Moreover, you will drive a digitalization agenda for enhanced condition-based monitoring of our asset base and cutting-edge AI-based analytics.
5. Also, you will design and implement processes to lead to corrective actions based on analytical results.

What makes you great:

1. You have at least 10 years’ experience in a process plants engineering and management role.
2. You own a Master's degree from a university in a suitable engineering discipline with good knowledge of information systems.
3. You possess strong team leadership and people management skills.
4. Further, you have a high level of cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English is mandatory.
