Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong project delivery skills to join our international QI team. Based in Germany, UK, or Italy, you will lead a dynamic team including European and Japanese Project Managers, Product Owners, and Product Managers. Your role involves managing strategic, tactical, process, technical, and MHE operations projects, utilizing change management methodologies such as Cascade Choice and Design Thinking. A clear understanding of business and logistics strategies, dependencies, and processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational responsibility for the international operations project portfolio, supporting other business areas.
• Verify project benefits and ensure they are monitored and considered throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet scope, time, budget, and benefit expectations, and proactively manage risks.
• Lead decision-making and sponsor meetings, communicate project status, and support negotiations with German workers council.
• Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and coordinate with US counterparts.
• Develop product strategies and prioritize roadmaps focusing on customer benefits and market trends.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and other functions.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in business engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Proven leadership and project management experience in Intralogistics or Supply Chain, preferably in B2C.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with multicultural leadership experience.
• Ability to build and lead teams, negotiate, and think strategically.
• Excellent organizational skills and IT system knowledge related to logistics and supply chain.
