We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our team in Madrid.

The Programme Manager is accountable for all phases of client engagement during the execution and development of strategic programmes. They lead and respond to the organisation and planning of complex and tailored learning journeys, working closely with the assigned Programme team to ensure compliance with corporate objectives regarding quality and client success. They work with new clients on complex learning projects in an intensely collaborative process to solve critical problems and develop high-impact learning experiences tailored to companies' needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading client relationships and communicating daily with clients regarding all aspects of the learning initiative (planning, delegate communication, amendments, status reports).
2. Supervising and coordinating activities with academic directors or orchestrators assigned to the programme, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
3. Preparing documentation from the programme side and attending final design meetings or jams with the Commercial and L&I Teams to provide SME support.
4. Collaborating across teams, especially with L&I and Commercial, to ensure successful delivery of programmes, including design, delivery, faculty, and budget management.
5. Collecting data, creating reports, analyzing programme outcomes, and proposing improvements and innovations for future editions.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Experience working collaboratively in an international team to develop and deliver effective corporate training within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management and event organization.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships across geographical and cultural boundaries.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, VC platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex), and project management tools like Wrike.
