How you will create an impact :

• Support Sales Teams by conducting discovery meetings and client demos
• Create technical solution presentations and proposals
• Define digital solution scope by translating requirements into user stories
• Perform requirements engineering with stakeholders and estimate solutions
• Consult on software implementation and integration from the client’s end
• Lead proof of value projects
• Manage client-specific delivery and customization projects ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Provide product trainings and serve as key contact during hyper-care
• Contribute feedback to product management for roadmaps and strategies
• Maintain relationships with major clients post-implementation

About you :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or related field with +3 years of experience in IT consulting or software implementation
• Technical expertise to discuss concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (e.g., data, interfaces, ERP, CRM, integration)
• Experience with IT project management and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of current technology trends like cloud, app development, and AI
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively among stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and reliable work ethic
• Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials, or other B2B markets is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
