Your Role & Impact

As a (Senior) Manager - Product Services & Client Software Delivery, you will play a key role in delivering tailored software solutions to clients, ensuring seamless integration, and driving long-term value.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting sales teams with client discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Creating technical solution presentations and customised proposals.
  • Translating business and technical needs into user stories and solution scopes.
  • Conducting requirements engineering with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Advising clients on software implementation and integration strategies.
  • Leading proof-of-value projects to showcase solution effectiveness.
  • Managing client-specific delivery and customisation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Providing product training and ongoing client support during the hyper-care phase.
  • Acting as a key feedback provider to product management, influencing roadmap and strategy.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships post-implementation as a trusted advisor.

What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, software delivery, or product services.
  • Strong technical expertise in data, interfaces, ERP & CRM systems, and software integration.
  • Solid experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.
  • Passion for emerging technology trends, including cloud computing, app development, and AI.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, translating business needs into digital solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with clients, consultants, and developers.
  • Industry experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials, or B2B markets is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German.
