Job description:

In your new role you will:

1. Define and implement marketing strategies and develop market models for battery management ICs within the key application of electrical vehicles.
2. Define a business and customer strategy to enhance our battery management ICs growth strategy.
3. Form and shape the products of the future. Guide the process of requirement capturing. You own the responsibility for the product roadmap of your product family.
4. Accompany the development of the products as market expert and introduce them to the market and your customers.
5. Drive market and competitor analysis and engage with key customers. Develop future-oriented solutions.
6. Own the pricing strategy and develop customer-specific quotes and business case calculations.
7. Collaborate on project development activities and support development projects as a team player with your strong marketing competencies.
8. Establish a good and trustful relationship with your main stakeholders to interact effectively with international Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing, System Engineering, and Program Management.

Your Profile:

1. A degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or similar.
2. At least 6 years of relevant work experience with at least 4 years in Product Marketing or a proven track record of strong customer focus. Experience in project/program management or account management in high-tech automotive electronics or semiconductor industry is preferred.
3. Pronounced marketing skills, preferably with experience working with complex technical products.
4. Experience with different battery configurations and their requirements for ICs.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products to understand complex technical contexts and present to management, ideally within the automotive battery business.
6. Willingness to travel frequently. Since customers are mainly global, intercultural competencies are a big plus.
7. Fluent English skills, German is an asset.
